With careers spanning over 20 years in the tech industry, including 10 years in management and 8 in the C-Suite, we have amassed a wealth of experience across 8 different industries. Our track record of success includes working with off/near-shore development teams in 9 countries, showcasing our ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively.

Known for our world-class support of clients, we are used to wearing 7-10 hats to ensure efficiency and exceptional business outcomes. We excel at prioritizing and segmenting scope to meet deadlines while maintaining a blistering yet manageable pace. Additionally, we pride ourselves in expert negotiation and vendor management collaboration to minimize costs and incentivize the longevity of your invaluable team players.

Beyond our technical prowess, our motis operandi extends to supporting non-technical functions, such as marketing, sales, customer service, and fundraising efforts. We believe strongly work-life balance, family first, and being involved in our community. Our CEO also holds the office of Board President of the Center Grove Education Foundation (non-profit), Shepherd of the elementary school Bible club, and Center Grove Ambassador to the school district to name a few contributions to education in the community.
